More grade 3/4 neutropenia, diarrhea, asthenia, neurosensory and neuromotor adverse
events were reported in ≥5% of patients in the Taxotere arm vs the doxorubicin arm.
Important Safety Information

Severe hypersensitivity reactions, including very rare fatal anaphylaxis, has
been reported in patients who received dexamethasone premedication. Severe reactions
require immediate discontinuation of Taxotere® and administration
of appropriate therapy.
